Lemon Flavor Oil

Use for salad dressing or add to ice cream.

Ingredient

80g (1/3 cup) of vodka
Lemon peels of 4 lemons (about 36g=1.3oz)
36g (1/8cup) of lemon squeezed juice
330g (11FL oz) of Maruhon Untoasted sesame oil *Two bottles of 5.5 oz Maruhon Untoasted sesame oil

Procedure

Filter two times.
Wash lemon well and dry it well with a cloth.
Put lemon peels in the glass jar, add squeezed fresh lemon juice and vodka.
Next day, mix Untoasted sesame oil with 2, then cook for one hour to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
