Earl Grey Flavor Oil

Great essence flavor oil for confectionary. You can add Earl Grey Flavor Oil when you whipcream.

Ingredient

2 Tablespoons of Earl Grey tea leaves
2.4 Oz (about 5 Tablespoons) of vodka
11oz (2 × 5.5oz bottle) of MaruhonUntoasted sesame oil

Procedure

Soak Earl Grey tea leaves in vodka overnight.
Add 1 to Maruhon Untoasted sesame oil and boil it in about one hour. Cook well to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
Filter twice.
